In 20 BBY, Farr used his position to transfer Venator-class Star Destroyers from their assignment at Duro to Iseno after being bribed by Iseno's senator, Ronet Coorr. That year, Duro fell to the Confederacy, and an SBI report a month later revealed Farr's complacency in the event. He withdrew from his position in the Senate. Later, critics of Republic policy used the corruption to advocate weakening or eliminating all action subcommittees.
