With the release of the downloadable costumes, Kokoro was given twenty-two different DLC costumes, adding her total up to thirty-three costumes. For her alternate options, Kokoro has three different designs for her hair bead, and they are as follows:
* First bead (default design) is gold with a black-and-red stripe and turquoise gemstone.
* Second bead (first alt-design) is black with a gold pattern and red gemstone.
* Third bead (second alt-design) is black with white flowers, pink dots, and an orange gemstone. NOTE: Due to the Dead or Alive 5 Last Round update, this costume list is now obsolete.
