Requiring 84 Attack to wield, it is gained by pulling it out of the eternal rock after the quest Stone of Time. It requires 90 Strength and the price of 50,000,000 gp to remove it. The eternal spear has a passive effect that reduces its accuracy to 15% of what it'd normally hit, but any damage dealt to the opponent will be granted 200% damage boost. The eternal spear also has "Operate" function, which allows the player to instantaneously teleport around the overworld. When used, it allows the player to choose from any of the unlocked regions of the world, and it will teleport the player to that location immediately. This can only be used three times per day. The eternal spear is one of the most powerful weapons in RuneScape. Despite this, you cannot take the weapon into a PvP battle or on a PvP world because then other players who do not and cannot get it have an unfair advantage. Most people use this weapon for boss battles such as Nomad because it absorbs his attacks and does extra damage.
