| Biography | - Jose Luis Ramirez is a NASCAR driver from Mexico City, Mexico. He was once regular on the NASCAR Grand National Division, AutoZone West Series but also has one Nationwide Series start and two Craftsman Truck Series starts. He also attempted one Sprint Cup event but failed to make the event.
Nationwide Series
His lone Busch start came in 2005, racing in the inagural event at Mexico City. Starting 33rd in the field, Ramirez had a few off-course excursions but completed every lap and finished 31st.
Craftsman Truck Series
His Busch Mexico run earned him a shot to do two CTS events for Green Light Racing in late 2005. He debuted at Loudon, starting 29th. A mid-race crash, though, stalled Ramirez's run and left him last at day's end. He was able to improve in his other event, completing 129 of the 150 laps in route to a 29th place showing.
