| abstract | - The Borg captured Captain Jean-Luc Picard from the bridge of the USS Enterprise-D and transformed him into Locutus of Borg. Locutus was very powerful because he had all of Captain Picard's knowledge. Locutus used it against the Federation armada at the Battle of Wolf 359. The Borg destroyed the entire Federation armada. The USS Saratoga NCC-31911 was destroyed and Captain Storil was killed. Jennifer Sisko was also killed, leaving behind her husband, Lieutenant Commander Benjamin Lafayatte Sisko, and their son Jake. The USS Melbourne was also destroyed and Captain Johnson was killed. The USS Vigilance was also destroyed and Admiral JP Hanson, Captain Picard's lifelong friend, was killed. The Borg continued towards Sector 001.
