- Nisa is a seductive exotic dancer at a night club, where she meets Jamal, leading to a sexual tryst backstage. Unbeknownst to Jamal, Nisa is a vampiress, and not only that, the club is overrun with vampires led by the club's owner, Lamar. Nisa turned heel during their sexual encounter, sinking her fangs into Jamal and leaving him in the process of becoming a vampire. Once Jamal learns about the vampires, he returns to the club and kills nearly all of them, including Lamar (which prevented him from becoming a vampire) and Jamal's girlfriend Kendra, who fully turned. Jamal ends up arrested and tells his story to the police, who don't believe him, while Nisa remains on the loose. In the end of the segment, the evil Nisa brandished her fangs and snarled to display her heel persona.

Her temple in Merholm, underneath the Kaklim Desert (Dry Lands) holds the Fatestone Topaz of Earth, under the watchful eyes of Jephtimith, leader of the Terranites.

Nisa is training to become a brave and passionate hero, but she seems to lack information gathering skills and has trouble ignoring comments on her most sensitive areas.

Nisa greanted them protection from the great war of the Gods that consumed Mardias. She is revered greatly by the Taralians and Terranites along with many on the northern continets. Nisa the earth mother was said to have recreated and repopulated the world after the war was won. She now resides in the Dry Lands home of the Teranites and the Tarralians, which is also the the home of Elore. Nisa shows great concern for the return of Saruin for the battle that took the lives of all the the Gods with the exception of herself and Elore. She no longer wishes to see the world brought to ruin. Nisa grants the heroes the Fatestone of Earth to fight Saruin if they pray at her Merholm temple. If the hero cannot accomplish the task of stopping Saruin, then they must find another hero worthy of using the Fatestone.

When certain requirements are met Nisa will join the party as a “guest”, with her special ability being to see the Market Shares on each landmass. If unlocked with the DLC “Nisa Battle Ticket”, she becomes a fully playable character whose dungeon ability is "Monster Call", very much like Compa's own.
