- From his secret mountain base, Ogel hatches his evil plan to freeze time itself. Using his snow crane, he mines ice orbs to further his plot. But Alpha Team agents Dash and Arrow have tracked him down! They launch a rocket from the Solar Speeder. If they strike the center of the base, the gate will open. But if they miss and hit the black flames, ice orbs will be hurled down at them. Will they capture Ogel, or will he make a chilling escape?
