Synopsis
  • At an office building in Metropolis, the JLA is on the scene where 24 people were killed and a message in blood was written on the wall: The JLA is dead. A scan shows massive bleeding in the cerebral cortex indicating a telepathic attack. The JLA flies overhead and several pedestrians turn into OMAC units and engage the Leaguers. In the midst of battle, the OMACs freeze. There is an explosion and the OMACs change back to humans. While the JLA is distracted a man carries the unconscious Manitou Dawn away.
