Otonashi clan members are able to create elaborate and intricate seals which on the base level are keyed to the seal bearers unique chakra but on a larger scale it is weaved inside their entire make up meaning that these seals are almost impossible to break without the key or a powerful counterseal. Due to this the Otonashi were contracted to seal Bijuu within Jinchuuriki however this practice is seldom as the sealing of a Bijuu always requires a sacrifice.
