During the Merlin's Crystal he is freed but the scenery is glitched and the crystal stays there even after the quest. In the second floor there is an altar, a library and Merlins room with 2 Fire-Runes. There are four fountains in the castle yard and one more in the park northeast. The pillar circle in the park is marked by a pentagram and it is important location for Merlin's Crystal.

  • Camelot Castle (キャメロット・キャッスル Kyamerotto kyassuru?) is the second area of Sonic and the Black Knight. It refers to the giant castle in the middle of this region and the giant fortress-like town surrounding it, which is the renowned city of Camelot, the capital of King Arthur's kingdom. Giant ballistae line the battlements where upon launch, Sonic will be able to grind on the rope, along with statues of ancient kings and feudal nobility. Sonic also briefly explores the storm drains and waterways beneath the castle—routes that become rather more significant later, in Knight's Passage.

This urban area hosts a large and thriving town of long-eared Arthurian folk (and their Blacksmith) living in and around its massive fortifications. Once a peaceful city with rich green vegetation and pure water, it was corrupted by the forces of the underworld, following King Arthur's bewitchment of the scabbard of Excalibur. During the king's tyrannical rule, Knights of the Underworld and crows would haunt the streets and occasionally destroy Camelot Castle and terrify the townspeople. Giant ballistae line the battlements where upon launch, Sonic will be able to grind on the rope, along with statues of ancient kings and feudal nobility. Sonic also briefly explores the storm drains and waterways beneath the castle—routes that become rather more significant later, in Knight's Passage.

This room will have a door on the south side that leads to a set of stairs to the basement of the castle. That is where the interesting part of this dungeon lies. This place is for level 150+ players, for a few reasons. One is the PvP part of it, and another is the last boss that you will encounter. I would recommend lowering your graphics setting a bit to avoid any latency (lag) due to the possible high number of players and actions being made in the basement. A few things and tips you need to know before you go downstairs. * Once you cross the door you are entering a 25% gas suppression area, the entire basement has that setting and there is no safe place to sit down or rest. In other words you are in PvP territory. * You will only have a few seconds before you can be attacked, use every second to go as far inside as possible. * Stay with you team always, don't get separated and don't split in different directions. * Don't be surprised if you are ambushed by a rush from a team or group from the opposite faction trying to kill you. * Be well prepared with ammo and medical supplies. * Everyone in your team should be buffed and ready to run and/or fight. It is in the first area of the basement (where there are actual rooms) where omni and clan players fight for domination of the basement. Those who remain in control are the ones likely going for the grand prize which is killing the genetically engineered giant dragon Tarasque which is at the bottom of the basement. Mobs will be level 100ish, for the exception of the bosses.

After Arthur leaves, Guinevere uses a gauntlet that points to Arthur's greatest weakness, which at that time is the dagger. After realizing Arthur is going in the wrong direction, she and Lancelot set off to find the dagger. When Arthur returns empty handed, he spots Guinevere and Lancelot having a romantic farewell, so he later confronts her. She tells him they found the dagger, so he desperately searches her things. Finding nothing, he demands to know where it is, but she shows him a vial of enchanted sand that can "fix" anything. He becomes angry as she was going to trick him into thinking the sword is complete, but she argues that she wanted his love again, but now she realizes she desires something else. A paranoid Arthur tosses some of the sand on Guinevere, making her believe she loves him. He then disperses more sand from Merlin's tower, which magically transforms Camelot into a castle kingdom.
