  • Cornhole is a game and/or lifestyle choice prevalent in the state of Ohio. The vast majority of good, decent, god-fearing Americans agree with Stephen Colbert in definining "cornhole" as "a cross between horseshoes and sodomy." The people of Ohio's 18th District, allege that the game of cornhole "sounds dirty but is not." Yet they freely admit that the objective of the game is to "get your bag in the hole." Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart is best known for providing the following definition of "cornhole" in the landmark case of Jacobellis v Ohio (1964): "I know it when I see it."
