  • After his son was killed by Black Manta, Aquaman went to the funeral where Mera blamed him for their son's death. Topo intervened in the row between the two. Vulko asked Aquaman to leave the funeral because it was a bad time for him to be there, so he leaves vowing to see the body of his son, alone. Shortly afterwards, Aquaman and Topo are attacked by a small army of robots, launched from a ship. Topo destroyed most of the robots while Aquaman used eels to open the way into the ship, where he faces a new enemy known as Seaquake. Unfortunately, Seaquake used a sonic disruptor that knocked Aquaman unconscious. Seaquake bound Aquaman to the ship's hull and connected the sonic disruptor with the intention of destroying Atlantis. Mera saved Aquaman and together they faced Seaquake. Aquaman used a wrecking ball to destroy Seaquake, discovering that Seaquake was a robot built by Ocean Master.
