(ENT: "Unexpected") This phrase is a twist to the classic phrase "when in Rome, do as the Romans do." According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 44) and Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), there was a star system named Fellebia (94 Aquaria) in the Alpha Quadrant. This was a trinary system with a G-class star, a F-class star, and a K-class star. Fellebia was named as a destination on a Denobulan trade route in the 22nd century. In the late 24th century, it was a Federation system. According to StarTrek.com, Fellebia might be a planet.
