After his arrest, it is announced the creators of the Saw films will sue Connor for negative publicity, and Officer Barbrady is promoted to Chief-of-Police in Park County for his efforts in helping solve the case.

A veteran of the Vietnam War and a former friend of Jimbo Kern, Connor was born in Sheboygah but stopped in the town of South Park to have an affair with Liane Cartman, during which her son Cartman stole his wallet and identity. Over the timeline of the series, Connor's credit is destroyed by Cartman's reckless spending, he loses his health care insurance, and has several business failures, all of which he blames back on Cartman. After finding out he has terminal cancer, he rips off the Saw films and becomes a serial killer focused on getting people to "appreciate" their lives, though he eventually resolves to kill Cartman and his mother, only to be defeated at the last minute by Kenny McCormick and arrested.
