  • Power-ups can be purchased using Coins before a battle begins to gain an advantage. Not all power-ups are available on all levels. Some, like the Time Limit +10, are available only on specific stages.

A player can have only one stack of each of these power up buffs active at the same time.

Until late alpha, power-ups could not be picked up if the player had a completely filled amount of the type of power-up. For instance, if the player had completely full Health, hearts could not be picked up. Additionally, the hearts and shields were not 2D images, but rendered 3D models that slowly rotated.
  • In Yu-Gi-Oh! BAM, outside of the cards, Power-Ups can also be used to help you overcome difficult situations and change the outcome of the game.
