  • Now (It's Just The Gas) is a song from the stage version of Little Shop Of Horrors. It was not included in the film, as it was thought that it would make Seymour seem less innocent. The song takes place during Act 1 Scene 4, in which Seymour brings a gun into Orin's office, with the goal of killing Orin to feed to Audrey II. In the song, Seymour sets out to shoot Orin, but can't bring himself to fire the gun. Later, Orin emerges with a gas mask, which is slowly and uncontrollably filling with laughing gas, stuck on his head. He proceeds to beg Seymour to help him take off the mask.
