Lenny's character is very similar to that of Squidward Tentacles. Both seem to be dissatisfied with their lives, hate the main protagonsists of their shows, and are very accident prone. This characteristic is shared with other characters such as Rancid Rabbit from CatDog and Benson from Regular Show.
