  • Impergium
rdfs:comment
  • After the dawn of the Age of Agriculture, and for 3000 years, the Garou held strict population quotas on each human village. If a child was born that pushed the village over the limit, the Garou would go into the city at night, and take back a life. These millennia of terror are thought to be the cause of the Delirium, the overwhelming fear all Homids feel when seeing a Garou in Crinos form. It is also thought that this terror drove the Homids closer to the Wyrm. Many Garou feel that they are to blame for Gaia's plight. The Impergium was ended by the Concord 1000 years ago, but that may have been too late.
