Serving under the Prime Minister is the Coalition Parliament. Members of this body serve for a term of 20 days. On the 15th day of each term, polls will open for the new Parliament. These polls close after 3 days as well. The Parliament is in charge of voting on laws that the Prime minister can then accept or veto. If the Prime Minister vetoes it, the Parliament can vote on it again. If it then gets 66% or more of the vote, then the Prime Minister must declare it law. The Parliament shall be comprised of 5 people elected by the members, and 2 representatives of each ministry. Article II: The Ministries The Coalition shall be made up of 7 Ministries: The Ministry of Defense, The Ministry of Recruitment, The Ministry of Intelligence, The Ministry of Inter-Alliace Affairs, The Ministry of Internal Affairs, The Ministry of Awards, and The Ministry of Propaganda. The Ministry of Defense has the job of protecting the Coalition, The Ministry of Recruitment helps to recruit more members, The Ministry of Intelligence is in charge of gathering information that may be important to the Coalition, The Ministry of Inter-Alliance Affairs is in charge of Appointing ambassadors to other alliances, The Ministry of Internal Affairs is in charge of keeping the Coalition together, The Ministry of Awards is in charge of rewarding exceptional members, and The Ministry of Propaganda is in charge of casting the Coalition and its allies in a positive light and its enemies in a negative one. Article III: Code of Conduct The Coalition prohibits unsanctioned wars, and demands that any member who participates in one pay their victim back as well as give an apology gift that shall be decided by The Parliament. The Coalition requests that members switch to either the Black or White teams. This is not required, but you must be on either one of those teams for the Coalition to back your senate campaign. Members must post if they are leaving, or will be treated as deserters, and given Kill-On-Sight status for 1 month, and be BlackListed for 2. If a member is BlackListed, they may not join the Coalition and will be reported to all allied alliances. We will only use this punishment for severe breaches of this Charter.
