There were many plants, both indoor and outdoor, so Gunther and Cornelia would do well to hire a gardener. The player will need to move some of the indoor plants so the gardener can get to them. Unlike the Goth home where Mortimer, Bella, and Cassandra live, this house had a television, and the exterior walls are not very Gothic and shabby, but instead built in the period New Orleans style, uniform to the other buildings around Old Town. There are about twelve tombstones in the graveyard, but who is buried in it is unknown. The house costs around ยง162,000. It was unknown what had become of the house in The Sims 2, although it is possible that the property was destroyed in the fire that killed Gunther Goth.
