rdfs:label | - Outcast (Final Fantasy VI)
|
rdfs:comment | - Outcasts often attack in groups, and they attack with an Earth-elemental attack called Lifeshaver when weak, absorbing HP and damaging the target. Their special attack Glare can inflict Blind. The easiest way is to defeat them is to use a Phoenix Down or a Holy Water, as they are undead. Alternatively the player should use any Holy or Water-elemental attacks they have. Sabin's Aura Cannon, Mog's Water Rondo or Gau's Anguiform Rage all work. Locke can steal Amulets from them.

abstract | - Outcasts often attack in groups, and they attack with an Earth-elemental attack called Lifeshaver when weak, absorbing HP and damaging the target. As an alternative strategy, the player can fly to Thamasa before entering the cave. There, the player can steal Gaia Gears from Briareus. Lifeshaver is an Earth-elemental attack, and Gaia Gear absorbs Earth-elemental damage, effectively reversing Lifeshaver's effect to heal the target and weaken the Outcast instead.
