It is only referenced in the game files that he has no turn ons/offs. Despite being a Knowledge Sim, Phoenix has the lifetime want to reach the top of the Military career. This want makes him compatible, at least in theory, with a Popularity Sim, though he would have better chemistry with a Family or Fortune Sim.
