Also grown in the United States and the Languedoc and Rhône regions of France. Mourvèdre is sold as a 100% varietal as well as in blends with Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. Mourvèdre is one of thirteen grape varietals allowed in Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines.
