  • Battle of the Maw
rdfs:comment
  • Darth Verona and Arlan Darlak had formed an alliance through Verona's apprentice Sha'ala Doneeta, who had orchestrated an attack on Dooku's training ship, the Might of the Sith. When this failed, Darlak still proceeded with his plans, signing the Treaty of Abelone with Verona's apprentice Arula Dru and his powerful backers. He then attacked Sluis Van, capturing the Subjugator-class heavy cruiser, the Annihilator, but when his factory on Abelone was destroyed, he panicked and fled to the Maw with his fleet. He refused to engage the Separatists head on, instead he fought a gurrelia war against both sides.

abstract
  • Darth Verona and Arlan Darlak had formed an alliance through Verona's apprentice Sha'ala Doneeta, who had orchestrated an attack on Dooku's training ship, the Might of the Sith. When this failed, Darlak still proceeded with his plans, signing the Treaty of Abelone with Verona's apprentice Arula Dru and his powerful backers. He refused to engage the Separatists head on, instead he fought a gurrelia war against both sides. It was only when Verona herself appeared on the scene that he decided to act and he ordered his fleet forward. Unknown to him, Verona had taken control of the Jedi Arthas Mentallis and had ordered him to destroy the Might of the Sith, even as Darlak's fleet advanced.
