  • Fynn Ordo gave the order for his capital ship, Worthy of Honor, to depart hyperspace. They had reached their latest destination: Togoria. Watching the green-blue world as it slowly orbited around its sun, Thanos, and he began to recollect the intel gathered on the planet's history. One year previously, a joint Republic/Hutt team, lead by Human and Nikto xenobiologists, had discovered the planet by accident. Landing on the planet proved to be their doom, as the natives were less than welcome to the outsiders. In Togorian society, one had to be invited to Togoria to be partially accepted by the inhabitants. The Humans and Nikto had failed in this and, in so doing, found themselves under attack by some of the fiercest warriors the Galaxy had to offer. The beings were massacred and their bodies severely mutilated. The Togorians, to finish it off, repaired the scout vessel the xenobiologists had brought there, and sent it back to the Republic—at least it would have, if not for the Mandalorians. Shen Endac and his best friend, Toruck Saasan, had been scouting out potential planets to invade, when they had stumbled upon the crippled Republic scout ship. Amazed at the ferocity of the warriors who had killed the men in the vessel, they immeadiately had brought their find to the attention of Mandalore the Ultimate, who promplty ordered an assault on the world. Several months ago, they had received word of a ceasefire, a very odd thing for Mandalorians to do, and news that the leader of Togoria, a Togorian by the name of Maz Grawn, had offered to join them in their crusades. Mandalore, curious to see if they had gained an ally, asked permission—another odd thing for a Mandalorian to do, but Mandalore isn't called Mandalore for being a pacifist, the troops knew he had an ulterior motive planned—to come and discuss their new alliance. That was where they were now, orbiting Togoria and awaiting Maz to come aboard Worthy of Honor. Still, the prospect of meeting people who enjoyed mutilating other species was a bit tense to Fynn, even though he was one of Mandalore's most proven men. He shuddered at the thought of his body ending up like the Republic/Hutt team. Unfortunately, the sudder was noticed by Mandalore, who was also on the bridge of Worthy of Honor. "Scared, hut'uun?" asked Mandalore. If it had been any other man, Fynn would have made the Togorian's attack on the aruetiise look like a children's HoloNet show, compared to the damage he would give. But, this man was his Mandalore, and he was to be respected, besides, it was only a joke. "No Mand'alor. Merely wary," he replied. "As you should be, Fynn'ika. These are a savage race, although we ourselves have been called such," Mandalore said with a slight smirk on his face, or the Taung equivalent, it was difficult to distinguish emotions with Taungs. Fynn allowed a short chuckled out before he spoke again. "So I have heard, Mand'alor." "However, unlike the last time, we have been invited by the Togorians." Mandalore's smirk began to grow as he said it. The idea of a Mandalorian, not to mention the Mandalorian, being invited to sit down and discuss things was about as likely as the discovery of a living planet. But, Fynn had to admit that it made sense. Besides, if Humans, Twi'leks, Kerestians, and Mandallian Giants could do it, why not Togorians? "Your wisdom, as always, is amazing, Mand'alor." As soon as he had finished talking, the door to the bridge opened and revealed Taleb Arrak, who was closely followed by the leader of Togoria: Maz Grawn. "It is with the greatest pleasure that I introduce you to his majesty, Maz Grawn," said Taleb. Maz Grawn stepped forward and addressed Mandalore. "Mand'alor, my lord and master. My people are eager to begin our service to you. When do we start?" "Ever heard of a small, almost insignificant world of Dagary Minor?" queried Mandalore. "Yes, Mand'alor." "Assemble your men and get ready for battle...
