Rescoe is only encountered during the quest "Hijacked Well", in which he is found inside the Well. He, Valder and two other guards are found fighting back against the Ghosts. The group supports Nicholas Raine as he retrieves the Ghost Toxin. When first encountered, Valder asks Rescoe to get the "damn gate opened" and Rescoe will mention that he is working on it. After getting the gate opened, he will then join the protagonist and others in defeating the Ghost Clan and removing the toxic canister that is threatening Wellspring. If he doesn't die and survives the firefight, he together with the others will be standing there idle and will not interact with Raine any further. Because the protagonist is unable to return to the Well once the quest is completed, Rescoe is never seen nor heard of again.
