Kislevczycy są potomkami ludzkich plemion Kurganów. W ich tradycji wciąż pozostaje wiele zwyczajów po przodkach. Na czele państwa stoi car. Jedną z głównych jednostek bojowych Kislevu są "skrzydlaci jeźdźcy" wzorowani na polskich husarach. Główny bóg Kislevczyków to Ojciec Niedźwiedzi Ursun. Niedźwiedzie to zwierzęta czczone niegdyś przez Gospodarów. Dazh, wspomniany wcześniej bóg ogniska domowego, jest drugim ważnym opiekunem Kislevczyków. Według legend to właśnie on dał im sekret ognia. Gdy Kislev idzie walczyć, to wielu z ludzi modli się do Tora - boga błyskawic i grzmotów. Tymczasem południowi mieszkańcy modlą się czasami do Taala i Ulryka. Wciąż ważnym dla nich jest kult duchów.
