| abstract | - Tilukav is a brother of Nolagnerc and Dargah, and the rival of Vakulit. He is basically a Boracuubi clone recolored to look like Ragamiicho. He gets along with his brothers just fine, even if they get into arguments. Due to him being a combination of Ragamiicho and Boracuubi, he is incredibly tall, but also very dainty. He uses this advantage to fly in the wind with little to no assistance.
