Only one tract is available at a time and must be collected in the fixed order given; any player can collect the tracts but only Michael will receive the clues. The mission is unlocked regardless of Michael's decision in "Unknowing the Truth." Either due to a glitch or by design, every time the player switches to Michael or loads a game that starts with Michael, he will receive another copy of the most recent tract location clue (in other words, Marnie appears to be spamming him). This can result in Michael's phone being loaded with duplicate messages, especially if he is unable to complete the challenge right away (for example, the second location cannot be accessed until a certain mission is completed and Michael is able to access a certain vehicle).
