In general, most creatures' levels are constant, unaffected by the player's level.   • Myriad creatures roam the lands of Cyrodiil, most of which are hostile, and many of which can provide valuable resources when slain. In general, most creatures' levels are constant, unaffected by the player's level. For example, any Clannfear encountered (whether summoned or natural) is guaranteed to be level 11, have 180 health points, and have innate Reflect Damage and Fire Resistance abilities. However, to create a consistent challenge, certain creatures actually are leveled, increasing in strength to match the player character's level. The following pages list creatures according to their creature types and levels.
