On a successful hit against a creature, the witchslap creates a targeted dispel effect against that creature unless it makes a Will save against a DC of 13 + the wielder's Charisma modifier. The effective caster level of the targeted dispel is 5, or the wielder's caster level in cleric, whichever is higher.
