He called on former personnel of Krayt's Imperial Military to join him, on the planet of Ord Cantrell. It became the capitol of a stratocracy set up by the High Admiral, with the intent on eliminating Fel and electing a different Emperor. Yularen viewed Fel as not deserving of the position, as he was overthrown by Krayt earlier, and in his opinion, was a leader too weak to rule the Empire. He waged a war against the newly organized Galactic Federation Triumvirate. Though much of the One Sith Order survived the war, Darth Nihl was unwilling to help the High Admiral, thinking he was not going to succeed. However, as Yularen scored more victories, the Sith changed his mind. But Yularen was assassinated before the One Sith remnant could join him, causing his Imperial government to collapse.
