(Id) * Mako: A serious Control Freak who keeps his life in strict order and focuses intensely on his goals, out of fear of being turned back out on the streets. (Superego) * Bolin: A laid-back charmer who loves a good time and good laughs, but isn't afraid of hard work. (Ego) * Flapjack: Adventurous keet. (Id) * K'nuckles: Older anti-role model. (Ego tending towards Id) * Bubbie: Sensible Team Mom. (Superego) Max Steel, the three main female characters * Rachel Leeds: Straight-laced rule follower. (Id) My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic: There are six mane characters, so there are two for each role: * Twilight Sparkle: Intellectual, driven, conscientious, principled, and dutiful, but also obsessive compulsive, and at least initially cold and impersonal.
