Later Montgomery Scott locked into the gallery's coordinates in order to transport Plasus into the zenite mines, as per Captain Kirk's orders. Spock asked him to delay the action, as Plasus' daughter Droxine was standing too close to him to beam him away separately. Later, after she left his side, Spock gave Scotty the okay.
