Elsewhere, John's panic-stricken when he finds that he has to replace the refrigeration unit as it failed the inspection; Val realises one of their guests is an inspector and can't do enough to help him get his car fixed; Chas is shocked to see Hazel back in the café; Moira fears that she and John are growing further and further apart; while Hazel is sad over the distance between her and Aaron.
