Although drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1980, Muni only played 19 games with them through 1986, Traded that year to the Edmonton Oilers, he became a regular and won the Stanley Cup three times. After 1993 he was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks. Muni bounced around with four other NHL teams before retiring in 1998. He scored 28 goals and 119 assists in his NHL career. Muni also scored 17 assists (and no goals) in 113 playoff games.
