| abstract | - Bugheads are Insectoids that live in the Great Barren Desert in hives. They have four arms and most have yellow eyes, but one had red eyes instead. They also have two fingers on each hand and two toes on each foot, different to other races in the comic, who have three fingers on their hands. They also seem to have green blood, as their cuts are green instead of red. Bugheads also keep giant brown riding beetles. A Hive of bugheads led by Buggy Lou attacked the group the Order of the Stick and captured people as slaves. The order killed most of the Bugheads and Belkar met their leader Lou, who was an old friend. Belkar killed Lou though, as he planned to eat Mr Scruffy.
