| abstract | - Pridegaming is where a player's out of character(OOC) pride affects their character's actions. Examples include but are not limited to:
* Trying to provoke PvP (or just starting it) with weaker characters where from an RP perspective, a more creative or peaceful encounter would be more appropriate
* Getting upset OOC when your character loses in character(IC) - be it a PvP episode, a merchanting deal or whatever. In general, advice would be to set out to deliberately have your character lose at something at least once a RL month. It's good for avoiding getting your own pride too tightly wound up in their actions.
