The elections saw a record number of parties compete and the return of the Green Party following their disbandment before the 4142 Snap Election. The election resulted in a landslide for the Alliance of Democracy winning 52% of the total vote, although most of this was accumulated by the new Liberal Workers Party that had joined the Alliance during negotiations. They went from 0.07% of the vote in 4142 to 30% of the vote in this election cycle.
