  • Phos' Creed
rdfs:comment
  • Phos' creed is a prayer used by the orthodoxy (and by some heresies) of the Empire of Videssos. It was used at the start and end of each temple service as well as in general conversations. All who believed in Phos, whether heretic or not, said the Phos' Creed. The creed goes as follows: We bless thee, Phos, lord with the great and good mind, by the grace our protector, watchful beforehand that the great test of life may be decided in our favor. The Namdaleni heresy of Phos' Wager added the following phrase at the end: On this we bet our very souls.
