From the record logs of the destroyed orginization it shows they were successful in bonding Senju dna with her but it surpressed her fire releases and Lightning release, and it appears her sharingan has been drastically damaged during the experiments. During the apparant records it shows she was held captive there for the diration of the Uchiha massacre. Latest records that it may be possible that she is alive it also shows that she has the ability to shape shift her form to anyone she needs to be due to the Zetsu dna which indicated that she could be anywhere, anyone, at anytime with little to no effort. Her current status is unknown she is persumed dead as a precaution.
