  • Princess Shelly had ruled from Castle Zebulan for some time with the Rocket Knights protecting her kingdom. However, when Sparkster left the planet, the other Rocket Knights were gradually eliminated by King Gedol. The villainous Gedol was then able to infiltrate Castle Zebulan and installed a magic gem that hypnotised the city's civilians into worshipping him. As part of this trance, Shelly was persuaded to marry Gedol and the crook moved into the castle with her, along with many of his personal guards. Following Sparkster's return and discovery of the dire situation, the last remaining Rocket Knight crept into the castle one night and spoke to Shelly, his enchanted armour temporarily removing the curse. When he moved away, however, the spell returned and Sparkster was arrested by the castle's guards. On his way to prison, Sparkster escaped by jumping down the middle of a tall staircase before using his jetpack to eliminate Gedol's henchmen. The oppossum was then able to lift the enchantment from two innocent guards, who gladly led Sparkster to the source of the trouble. On his own, Sparkster defeated two bulky guards before being forced to fight his imagination - namely several visions of himself created by the magic gem. Sparkster defeated these by destroying the jewel, consequentially lifting the enchantment and freeing the people of Zebulos City.
