Cybele has a OHKO in 10 Turns so Slayers will increase your damage towards her. The Skull mobs shoot out Mines. The Dark Mines don't do a lot of damage but the Light ones do (9000 damage). Clear them first so that you don't need to worry about bringing Mine Sweeper or Flight monsters and just focus on Null Warp ones.
