| abstract | - Rank requested: Overseer It has been pointed out to me recently that bureaucrats are eligible for the Overseer rank in the clan chat. However, as I never claimed the administrator rank in my RfA, I feel it's worth going through the due process here so users have a chance to comment on my application for clan chat rank specifically. The reason for requesting the overseer rank is so that I am able to fill out any rank requests that come up through RfA, as far as I can tell the difference between admin and overseer is largely cosmetic. I, Cqm, accept this nomination for a rank in the Clan Chat RSW. I have read the clan chat rules and the rank guide pertaining to my desired rank. I understand that this nomination may fail. If I do get community consensus, I promise not to abuse my tools because I am aware that this is a serious transgression.
