Uprising featured 9 professional wrestling matches on the card and 2 preshow bouts. The main matches were a Cage match that featured Liana Corvis defeating Marcus Summers for the PWO International Championship. Johnny Rotten successfully defending the PWO United America Championship against Michael Santiago in a First Blood match and there was Contender's match for the PWO United America Title between Dustin Phoenix and Lucy Taylor which Taylor won to become contender. Also during the event, a contract signing was conducted between Katherine Stryfe and Maverick to compete for the PWO Championship on the following week's Takedown.
