It was finded by Lord Osferb Swampborn, second son of Duke Ferb XIII Swampborn of Ferbcamp. Osferb had been fostered by Duke Majkal Talltowers at Toothtower, a man who had served along with his father as a Grand Admiral for the Imperial Delkish Military.
