After several years of reporting on military intelligence matters, he was transferred into the Outer Rim Territories. He left the Empire (shortly before it was integrated into the Triumvirate), and returned to his homeworld, Kalee, with a new mission: unify the warring tribes and create a stable government. He called for a meeting with the leaders of the twenty largest tribes on the planet. After hours of bickering, a few liked his idea, but most could not agree on anything. He then had his supporters execute the leaders who did not cooperate, and took control of the largest tribes. Nyranos formed the Planetary Salvation Council, essentially a military dictatorship, under his rule, and went on to unify the planet under the Council. Nyranos' new regime was recognized by the Triumvirate, and pledged support to the Triumvirate.
