  • A Normal Game is a player versus player game which does not affect LP. In a normal game, players invoke a champion from their collection or from champions in weekly free rotation. They also pick summoner spells, mastery trees and rune pages. Usually, a normal game lasts 20 to 50 minutes and cannot be paused, so before starting a game it is recommended that sufficient time is allowed to complete it.

They also pick summoner spells, mastery trees and rune pages. Player must achieve summoner level 3 by playing co-op vs. AI games before being able to play in a normal game. Players may queue into a blind pick game or a draft pick game. Normal games can be queued to solo or with 1–4 others in a premade team. Players are matched with random team mates and opponents according to their hidden matchmaking ratings. Players get XP and File:IpPoints.png IP rewards in a greater amount than in a co-op vs. AI game.
