  • An Area first featured in Monster Hunter Frontier Forward.2. As the name suggests, it is a tropical area, with white sandy beaches, mangrove swamps and more heavily forested regions. There is also an active volcano visible in the distance, and the entire area seems accessible only by boat. The tide comes in at night, then recedes during the day. This area also has deep cavernous areas that are inhabited by Taikun Zamuza, Daimyo Hermitaur, Shogun Ceanataur, Pariapuria, and Meraginasu. Interestingly, this island also harbors a unique type of poisonous Purple Flashbug that live in nests within trees. Hitting trees will cause the nests to crash on the ground making them attack both hunters and monsters with poison.
