| abstract | - Somsak (ソムサック Somusakku?) is a southpaw Muay Thai boxer affilliated with the Golden Tiger Gym that first appeared in Makoto's ending in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. His special move is a strong elbow strike called Invisible Elbow (インビジブル・エルボー Inbijiburu Erubō?). Somsak's father was also a Muay Thai fighter, who once challenged the champion Nuakan. Somsak grew up respecting his father, and after becoming a great fighter he decided to travel the world to test his strength. During his second trip to Japan, he heard that the Rindo-kan dojo had a new instructor and challenged Makoto, being defeated by her.
